Description

The draft Data Availability and Transparency Bill and the draft Accreditation Framework was open for public comment until 6 November 2020.

We heard from Dr Phillip Gould, Assistant Secretary to the Office of the National Data Commissioner about the latest draft and consultation process.

The Data Commission consulted on a Discussion Paper on the draft Accreditation Framework, which proposed how data access under the scheme will be controlled.
